(1) There will be an employment coordinator of at least the fifth level of local service or equivalent for the operation of the employment service center. - and (2) The employment coordinator shall be accountable to the ministry and conduct the employment program in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
(3) ............... To assist the employment coordinator, the relevant local level may appoint necessary staff to work in the employment service center.
